autoarchive default setting set on folders outlook 2003 - how change

Hi all,
When i create new folder in Inbox the default setting in properties in
autoarchive on this folder is don't archive. I must change manulay
this setting to use default autoarchive settings.

Where can i set to use default autoarchiv settings when i create new
folder ?
And how can I automate this proccess to change this setting on 50
folders ?
