Autoarchive gives Operation Failed

Whenever Outlook (Outlook xp, exchange) tries to archive it seems to
make it the whole way through and then the paperclip says "Operation
Failed" gives no advice as to why or what to do.

I have created new archive.pst files tried on the computer its self
back on the server and anywhere I can think of, still no resolution.

I really need to nip this on the butt. Thanks in advance.
