Autoarchive "Operation Failed"

When I try to autoarchive (Office XP, Exchange) the bottom right hand
corner lists all the folders. Then the paper clip man says "Operation
Failed" and seems to offer no help. Does anyone know of a resolution
or even if this is something that can be ignored?
