Autoarchive Settings - Cached Mode

Does anyone know how to change the Outlook 2003 autoarchive settings of a
folder while in cached mode and not connected to a server? I can do it via
the property pages while offline. Using CDO and the
IPC.MS.Outlook.AgingProperties hidden message does NOT work. This only
works when your NOT in cached mode.
