AutoCad 2006 and Visio

I have Autocad 2006 and I've been saving our dwg files to Autocad 200 format.
Then I open the file in Visio 2000 SR2, and I get the following error:

Error--Buffer Overrun
This file may be an AutoCad R14 Beta Format File.

Anyone know what this means?
