I never used autoCAD, but I'd like to know if it's possible to create a .scr
file in access, taht can mass-update block properties in the "Edit Property
Set Data" form in autoCAD.
My company has over 1000 fixtures for a retail store, where the unit
capacities for each fixture needs to be updated. We have all the updated
amounts in a table.
I can't decide whether to try using VB with autocad references, or use VB to
create a .scr from the master table.
If I'm not making any sense, let me know. Otherwise, if you could point me
in the write direction, that would be great.
To start, I'd probably loop through all subfolders to open/edit the .dwg
files
