AutoCAD format

When I save a Visio sheet in AutoCAD DWG or DXF format I get the following
error when I try to open the resulting file in AutoCAD:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 63d8c298h

I can move this file to a Win98 machine and read the file with InteliCAD 98
(an old Visio CAD program) and export without making any changes and the
drawing file opens fine in AutoCAD 2003.

It is very frustrating to have to go through this extra step.

I am using Visio 2003 and AutoCAD LT 2003.
