Autocaption in Word 2007

I am working on a template in Word 2007.

I have chosen all the right settings for Autocaption, but it doesn't seem to
be working. I have chosen the correct picture format, however, when I insert
a new picture it doesn't add the autocaption???

Can anyone provide any help on this? It would be much appreciated.
