Autocomplete addresses

I am using Outlook XP.

My auto-complete list is larger than my contact list, and
I would like to synchronize the two.

From reading previous posts here, I understand that these
addresses are stored in an .NK2 file. Is there a
viewer/export utility to extract the names/email addresses
from this file?
This will help me a great deal.

Unfortunately, no. Why do they need to be synchronized? Both will be used
for addressing messages.

oh well... Thanks for the reply.
Well, you see, I'm changing email addresses and would like to see who I have
corresponded with in the past.
The contacts lists contains a small subset of the Auto-complete list.
Granted, I may not want to send my new email address to everyone on that
list, but it would have made it easier.
Now, I have to go through all the various folders and extract the email
addresses.
