AutoComplete does not retain names when Outlook closes

AutoComplete works ok throughout the day if Outlook 2003 stays up. Buty when
I close and re-open it, it loses all the AutoComplete names.

That means your profile is corrupt. Create a new one.

Hi Russ

Sorry to tell you that it may be not the case the profile may be good, I
found that if your are not in the Administrator group of the local machine
the NK2 file is not being saved

Can you tell me why
