I cannot get the autocomplete feature to work on my
Office 2003 Outlook.
Although it appears to be on, it seems to "forget" all my
emails that I send, once I quit and restart outlook (or
restart the computer). That is, it only remembers to
suggest names I've previously typed in before I quite or
restart the computer. then I have to do it all over
again. In short, my autocomplete seems to have a short
term memory. Worse, it does not reach into my address
book whatsoever to suggest names, at all.
I've already tried going into "tools" ==> "options"
==> "the e-mail options" ==> "advanced options", and
selected the automatic "suggest names" and "check names."
It doesn't work.
Can anyone please help? much obliged.
