AutoComplete? Drop Down List? Please Advise

Assume:
In Sheet 1, I have a list of 100 names
In Sheet 2, I will need to input names from the Sheet 1
list in various places but in the same column.

Question:
Is there any way to use AutoComplete or something similar
to save typing and possible mistakes? Drop down list?
