Autocomplete email addresses after moving .pst file to new compute

I'm getting ready to move my .pst file from my current computer to a new one.
In the past, after moving .pst files, the email addresses of people I've
previously sent emails to on my old system would not auto-complete (fill in
their email address in the "to" field). Is there a way to move this
information, I've got email addresses I've sent to that aren't in my contact
book, and would like to still have them appear in the drop down when typing
new messages. I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP SP2.
