Autocomplete not sticking

Hi

I have a user stating that her autocomplete feature does not saved
frequently used addresses as do other users on the network. She uses
Outlook XP

Everyday she has to select the recipient first before the autocomplete kicks
in vs. just have it work all the time. Is there a cache that is corrupt
perhaps? Where would this be located?

Any suggestions?
