I know how to go in and delete an entry on a list that
might come up when entering an address in the To:, but
does anyone know where this list might reside, and can it
get cleaned out. I am hoping for something like a .pwl
file that I could delete and a new file gets started with
the next e-mail I send.

It's a file with the extension of .NK2.

as my OS and the knowledge base does not give
instructions for that OS.

local drive and also out on the servers, and found
nothing. Maybe that is the problem, no file exists.

Roberto, I did a search for the file on my local system
and out on my network and could not find anything.

If it can help you, in my system (win2k) the file is in:
"C:\Documents and Settings\PROFILENAME\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.NK2"
where PROFILENAME is usually the name of your account logged at that moment.

Pay attention that "Application Data" is a hidden folder (by default)
because considered a system one. You have to enable view on this type of
file/folder using "Tools-->Options-->View" in Explorer.
