We have no idea what you're doing nor what isn't working as you thought it
should. Have you sent enough messages to have populated a robust
autocompletion cache?

when you send multiple e-mails to the same contact, that is in your address
book.
should'nt outlook remember that e-mail address as you're typing it in to
send out a new message? well my outlook is not!

What is in your address book is irrelevant. Autocompletion has nothing to do
with your address book. If you are certain that a valid address to which you
have previously sent a message does not appear in the suggested names list,
then you have a corrupt profile or corrupt NK2 file. Create a new Outlook
profile.

If I create a new profile, can I transfer all of my settings from the old one?

You can transfer your data. It is not recommended that you try to transfer
your account settings.

Would you please tell me how to transfer my current data to a new profile?
