Autocorrect Autotext

Are the Word features Autotext and Autocorrect available in InfoPath? If so,
are Autocorrect and Autotext entries you have created in Word available when
you run InfoPath?

I use Autotext and Autocorrect in Word but the only thing close to them is
AutoFill.

Hi Mike,
AutoCorrect is supported and InfoPath uses the same list as Word. You can go
to Tools->AutoCorrect in Word. Add an entry. Close Word. Close all open
InfoPath windows. Start InfoPath. Create a new blank form. Add a rich text
box. Preview, and try typing the autocorrect string into the field. It will
get corrected when you hit space. We have used this for a multi-specialty
clinic form. Good luck!
