Autocorrect entries keep diappearing.

Hi,

Microsoft word 2000 - the autocorrect which a staff member is creating keep
diappearing. Is there a cliche in the system. She said that she is not
deleting them, nothign is changing.

AutoCorrect entries are stored in a .acl file. It is possible that this file
is corrupt. Try searching for the .acl file and deleting it. Run Detect and
Repair for Word (Office) and that should resolve the problem.

So far we haven't found any cliches in the system. A few glitches,
maybe, but if you keep your system properly maintenance you'll find
fewer glitches. You know what they say: A stitch in time saves nine!
