hey everybody I need a little help here. Recently sp2 was put onto a windows
xp system and kind of messed up alot of applications. I have been able to
correct most of them by deleting and reinstalling the program. However,
microsoft word is still having an issue with its autocorrect file. I keep
getting the same message when opening up the program. your autocorrect file
could not be saved. the file may be read-only, or you may not have
permission to modifey the file. I have tried turing off autocorrect file and
then truning it back on and the same message pops up. also, I have tried
reinstalling autocorrect file and still no luck that way. I have even gone
as far as deleting the entire ms office from the box and reinstalling it
still upon opening the program the same message pops up. I can't remove sp2
becuase it is needed for a new application that was recently installed. Does
anyone have any ideas on how to correct this issue for me.
