autocorrect greyed out

In the mail format/editor options under proofing/autocorrect the autocorrect
options are greyed out. I only have the Outlook 2007 installed since I don't
want to upgrade the rest of Office yet. I installed Outlook and the Tools to
run on my computer. Does the whole Office Suite need to be installed or is
there a setting I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need a suite that includes outlook and word to have the full autocorrect
options.

Does this apply to clip art and other "Insert" options as well? I have
Outlook 2007 installed, and the other programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are
2003. When I try to insert clip art, tables, etc. they are greyed out.
