autocorrect lightning icon never goes away, covering other text

When the program automatically does an action, the lightning icon covers
other text, and won't go away. Time it or something.

That's not normal and sounds like a probably graphics driver problem.
Download the latest driver form the manufacturer and update to see if that
resolves the problem.
