Autocorrect - 'replace text as you type'

Hi,

Under 'Tools' ---> 'Options' ---> Spelling Tab -----> 'Spelling and
Autocorrection' button ---> 'Autocorrection Options' button.

There is a checkbox here titled 'replace text as you type'. I uncheck this
box, but every time I restart my machine this box is re-checked for some
reason. How can I keep this box unchecked permanently!?!?!?!
