Not really. Most AC entries are stored in .acl files, one per "language."
Some are stored in normal.dot. You can make a master list of AC entries
using the utility downloadable from the MVP FAQ site. Using that utility you
can distribute your master list to all of your users. It is just that these
then revert to being individual files. I guess when you have something to
add, you can send the master list out again and have people run the utility
again.
AutoText entries are much easier to handle since they can be stored in
global templates which can be routinely updated as a part of a user's
network login.
