Autocorrect

Isn't there a way to "permanently" replace something for all Word docs? In
particular, when I type cc: at the bottom of a letter the first c is
automatically capitalized by Word but I want all lower case. How do I do I
set an automatic correction to lower case cc's? I've tried the Autocorrect
but since the "cc:" is on another line it's automatically capitalizing the
new sentence. And I don't want to turn that feature off since it will affect
all my other documents. The autocorrect doesn't recognize a colon.

The best workaround for this issue is to create an Autocorrect entry such as
CC and replace it with cc:
