AutoDialer Says "Unable To Complete The Opperation By The Automat.

When I Try To Make A Phone Call Using Autodialer An Error Box Pops Up That
Says " Unable To Complete An Opperation Requested By The Automatic Phone
Dialer. Please Make Sure Your Modem, Phone, and Phone Line Are Properly
Configured. I've Followed All The Instructions In The Help Such As Going To
Settings And Dialing Options. How Do I Fix This???

here's a workaround. OL2000: Clicking "Line Properties" Generates Error
Message About an Internal Error in the Automatic Phone Dialer. But the
solution for outlook 2002 doesn't work for me.
