AutoExec Compile Error

Starting about 2 months ago, when I open Word 2002 SP-2,
I get a dialog box that says "Compile Error in Hidden
Module: AutoExec". Hit OK, and Word comes up and appears
to work OK. Same error on exit. (Also have same
behavior in Excel, xcept module is "DistMon".)

I have uninstalled Office, reinstalled, and updated;
still same errors. Any thoughts??
