Autoexec error

Hello,

I'm using Word from Office 2000 and am getting two errors on startup
which I'd really like to get rid of:

- Compile error in hidden module, AutoExec
- There was a problem starting the Office Assistant. Would you like to
try installing it?

Any tips on how to get rid of these would be welcome!
