Autofill fields when adding new contact

Can I make BCM autofill co. postal address, www address, phone no. etc when I
add new contact for an existing company? I would have thought it would do
this - or do I have a faulty install?

Hi Pete,

BCM does not autofill any details in a new contact. All this has to be done
manually.
However you can make a copy of the account in the Business Contact folder
and get the details in your business contact. Only now, the Fullname, FileAs
fields should be modified as the contact's name.
