Autofill in Windows Mail

Why are some of my contacts auto filled and others are not when all are
listed in my Contacts. How do I turn it on?

This group is for Outlook, not windows mail, but if it works like outlook
it's because autocomplete contains addresses you've sent new messages or
replies to recently.
