Autofill not working after restart

We have a user that for the second time the autofill cache or history has
been cleared after restarting outlook. The NK2 file is still there and is
215kb in size but for whatever reason autofill is only working for addresses
his used today. Any suggestions? Windows XP Outlook 2002.
