Autofill table

I am curious about the ability to autofill a table. I would like the ability
to use a table for daily documentation that will change daily. Ideally, I
will be able to save time filling in the table with some sort of mechanism to
autofill parts of the text. I would like to type a word in one box and have
predefined text autofill into several of the other boxes. I believe this is
different than the autofill feature already available within Word. Does
anyone know how to do this?
