I have 32 Access 97 databases & I need to add only certain fields such as
Officer,Year, Type into a maindatabase but only when they put a tick in the
"Selected" box. At the moment each database has a make table query which is
then Imported into the Linking ( gives them a list of files they need to
find for a paticular Officer) database then Appended to the existing
maindata table. I am trying to automate that process.
