Autofilling a field in a form?

Hi there, im want to populate the contents of a field in my table/form, with
2 values from other fields (one which is a default, and an autonumber) -
basicaly in order to give me a file location (the database is on a server),
somerthing liek this

myFile3.mp3

How would i go about this, cause the lost focus events etc, are no good when
its running on a webserver.
