Does anyone know how I can configure Outlook in 2000 Pro
(9.0) to automatically launch a new message window and
fill in the email address in the "To:" field from a link
on a website. (ie: Contact Webmaster") Does this make
sense?

You mean, can you click on a mailto: link and launch a new message? Yes,
that's the way it's supposed to work. What happens when you try?
