Autofilter arrows don't display

When applying the Autofilter or Pivot table to a table,
arrows don't show. Using Windows 2K SP3 & Office 2K SP3.
If the file was opened with Office 2K SP3 with Windows XP
SP1 & filter is applied then arrows are displayed.
