autofit rowheight does not work with copying of a cell

When i copy the contents f a cell to an other cell then it appears that in
the new cell "autifit rowheight" is not automatically being performed.

Example: the contents of cell D10 is being made the same as that of cell A1
by typing "=A1" in cell D10.
The format of both cells is set to "text" and "wrap text".
If i type a long text in cell A1 then the text wraps neatly and spreads
over more lines. The height of cell A1 fits automatically to the right
height.
In cell D10 the text appears and is wrapped but the height of this row is
not being adjusted automatically.

Does anybody know a method to have the height of cell D10 adjusted
automatically?
