Autologon to Outlook

D

David Mann

I have a computer that is part of a workgroup and I would
like to be able to login to Outlook without having to
provide netowork logon credentials. I made the local
computer username and password the same as the one in the
domain yet it still ask for the user name and password
when I logon. How can I over come this?

On the Advanced tab of your Exchange server properties, what type of
authentication is set? Also, please give the version of Outlook and
Exchange when posting questions about this combination.

Since you have it set to "None" it will prompt for the logon credentials
every time since none are cached. Set it to NT Authentication and see if
the problem persists.

| I have the logon authentication to none. I am using
