Automate Adding Second Exchange Mailbox to Outlook

Does anyone know a way to "silently" add a second Exchange Mailbox to
an Outlook 2002 client?

We have a few Customer Service laptops and would liek to automate the
addition of a customer service mailbox when the user logs in.
