Automate administration tasks

Hello!

I create a lot of new project and a lot of new ressources, groups, security,
enterprise, team and RBS structure. I always have to do this manually and
it's just to long. Is there a way to automate all this. Is there some script
I can use or some SQL Query that can do all that?
