Automate email to be read and put in calendar

I would like to have:

Outlook search the inbox for a specific sender (i
@THIS_ADDRESS.com)

Copy the Subject field in SUMMERY

Search the Body of the email for DATE and TIME

Copy that DATE and TIME

Make an event in Outlook calendar with SUMMERY, DATE, and TIME

I will post some code as soon as I can figure some out
