Automate emailing a workbook

I noticed that there is a (JUNO) JLM Control when i click
Insert|Object. I'm wondering if anyone would know how to use that
control to save an XL file and automatically send it using Juno email.
I realize there are ways to do it in Outlook and OE. I am not using
those in my stores for email. Any ideas?
