Automate encoding process

hi,
i am using outlook 2003.Due to the i am living in middle east i am
getting mail from my customer in Arabic language.i enable arabic support in
my regional setting,in office laguage setting as well as i install proofing
tool for arbic language support.but then after suppose i recieved mail in
arabic it shows me some symbols and things and then i have to go the
view=>encoding and select the arabic.so is there anyway to automate this
process.
