automate entries of dates?

I use Word for work log/journal. I have multiple tables and each day
has it own. Usually, I re-save the file (to a different name) and
change the dates manually. Just wonder if it's possible that I can
automate the date so I enter the first (Monday) date and Word change
the rest to reflect the new week?

For example:
Monday 040412
Tueday 040413
Wednesday 040414
....

I'd like to change 040412 and Word add 1 to the date of the second one
and ones after so all the dates reflect the actual date of that week
without me entering each one manually.

BTW, is there Word templates available for this type of work. It would
be nice to find a pre-made project management, productivity type of
templates in Word.

Thanks for the help,
