I have created a toolcrib inventory database with an inventory master list ,
an in and out table , and an employee list. Each employee can select up to 10
items to take out of inventory. I am unable to replicate my Out (Yes/No)
field choice from my form to replicate to my inventory table field name also
Out.
My IN/OUT table/Form have scroll down menue related to my inventory list and
the employee.

One of the option in my IN/OUT Form is a field title OUT (option Yes/No)
relating to a specific inventory code I would like to duplicate those two
fields call Out (1), (2) to (10) because of my 10 Items from two diffrent
table to relate to my inventory master list field call Out. In order to add
to my drop off menue from my IN/OUT Table (form) of my Item list (10 Items
drop down menue) Yes meaning the item can not be selected again as it has
been sign out already ..
