Automate Full Name & Initials

I am deploying Office 2007 versions using AD group policy and a customized
config.xml file. I also have all of the group policy related templates in
place for office. I'm wondering if there is any way to automate, or
eliminate the dialog that comes up for each user prompting for their Full
Name and Initials. Thanks!
