Automate Mailing of Word Form

I have built a Word form which allows our employees to request checks. I have
created a macro to open Outlook and attach the form.

What I would like to do is open a message with the address and subject
fields already filled, so all the employee has to do is press "Send".

Since you already have a macro to open a message with the document attached, you should be able to set that message's Subject and To properties.
