Automate moving items from PST subfolders

I was wondering if there is any way, in Outlook 2003 running on XP, in an
Exchange 2003 environment, to automate the process of moving PST subfolders
from one PST to another? It would appear you can only move one folder at a
time, and I have a client who would like to be able to do it much more
efficiently than that. Any help would be appreciated.
