Automate moving of files and naming them days of the week.

Hi,
I have a backup file that is created daily. I want to have something that
will kick off when that file is created, move it to another location on the
network, and name it with the name of the day of the week in there somewhere.
Backup_Monday_0331, or something like that.
Any idea what I would use to do this with??
