Automate New User Password

I would like to have the onclick button of a form
automate the acquiring of a new password by that logged on
user. I just want to have the user be offered a screen
where user can type in the old password, type in the new
password, and type in the new password again to confirm
it. Just like the regular way that you can do through
Tools Security but having the new password screen
automatically pop up for the user.

Please let me know if you have some real effective
advice.
