Hi all:
I would like to set something up in Access to
automatically send an email notice to clients when
something is about to expire, say within 45 days.
I've tried creating a report based on the above criteria,
which is working as I expected it to, and then using the
send object action to send it. However, this doesn't
really work, because I have to manually enter the email
address, and if there are multiple clients who meet the
condition, they will all get a copy of the report
detailing everyone's information. This, of course, is not
a good thing...I just want to send the recipient
information pertaining to him.
Any ideas that would point me in the right direction
would be very welcomed.
TIA
